Elite Hydraulic-950

The Elite Hydraulic-950 is designed for reliability, security, and simple upkeep, this configuration is environmentally safe. It doesn’t require entry beneath the pit level nor does it need added overhead room for the elevator.

Vibration-Free Submersible Hydraulic Pump Elevators

Florida Elevators takes pride installing vibration-free submersible hydraulic pumping units. In regard to a hydraulic application, the pumping unit is located in a space outside of the elevator hoistway, such as a dedicated machine room, in a closet, under stairs or in a garage.

Locating the pumping unit outside the elevator hoistway makes for simple and safe access during scheduled maintenance along with eliminating the disturbance from any machine noise within the elevator car, which can be found with other models.

Hydraulic Elevators

Roped hydraulic home elevators are equipped with two 3/8″ diameter hoist ropes and an instantaneous cabin safety that’s triggered by decreasing rope slack in any single hoist system. Florida Elevators secures door interlocks on all existing hall doors so that the hall door can’t be ajar if the elevator isn’t stable stopped at a floor.

Safety is a Priority at Florida Elevators

Safety is a priority at Florida Elevators. Florida Elevators secures door interlocks on all existing hall doors so that the hall door can’t be ajar if the elevator isn’t stable stopped at a floor.

A Pit Float Switch is installed as a standard feature in our home elevators. For homes at or below sea-level this is important. A Pit Float Switch is activated by water. When this happens the pit float switch will deliver the elevator to the nearest floor above flood elevation.

If there is a power outage, all elevator models at Florida Elevators have a integrated emergency lowering system which allow the cabin to carefully descend to a lower level. In accordance with the American Standard of Mechanical Engineers (ASME A17.1) Safety Code for Elevators, all of our safety devices are tested and certified.
